Hardwood Floor repairs and restorations stand alone as wood floor service tasks. Other than identifying species, cut and grade; there are two basic details in being historically correct with older Newport Beach hardwood flooring repairs and restorations. HARDWOOD FLOORING INSTALLATIONS NEWPORT BEACH.

For 35-plus years I have been installing hardwood floors in the Newport Beach area. I have worked with just about every type of solid and engineered wood flooring imaginable. Smooth, distressed, wire brushed; strip, plank and parquet in pre-finished and custom designed finished on-site alike. I have installed domestic and exotic hardwood floor species of all grades from common to clear and cuts from plain, rift and quartered including borders and marquetry work. My Newport Beach hardwood floor installation service is complete. Such as: subfloor preparation that meets the wood floor manufacturers specifications in flatness for eliminating popping and hallow spots. Additionally, damp retarders are applied on every project to warranty against future vapor emission damage. I also install trim, wall moldings and staircases. (I regret not photographing all my work.)

It is with my long applied experience, that I have improved on the coefficient formula used to predetermine dimensional change in hardwood flooring after installation. The U.S. Department Of Agriculture places our reference area along the coast running from Mexico to Canada. I came up with a simple method in narrowing down the reference area to every individual house.
